All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing or required by applicable law.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in your service contract. Upon termination, you will have a reasonable period to retrieve your data before it is permanently deleted.
